“Frank Ocean didn’t come out, he let us in.”
I have so much respect for not only him but what others have to overcome by sharing the real them with society. I will never know that fear.
I am just a young guy from Australia. A guy with a beautiful girlfriend who I love very much. What I have is special. Male or Female, it doesn’t matter. When you love someone, you love them. It’s the most beautiful thing in the world, and I would never ever want to exclude someone because they are attracted to or in love with someone of the same gender. Thats just ridiculous.
And to those people (such as the person that wrote this “lovely” post online today) that hate Frank Ocean now they know his orientation, I truely feel sorry for you. To be that closed minded and fearful of homosexuality. I feel anger and hate for you, but I don’t wish harm to you like you wish on others, I just pity you, and laugh, that people can say such violent and hateful things about another human being based purely on their preferences. I’m so annoyed that I wasted time typing about a very sad group of people. They do not deserve our time. Homophobia is a disease.
It is a great day when a person with such talent in their field and while under a relatively high level of scrutiny can open up and show the world a little bit more of the real them. I am a fan of both Frank Ocean the musician as well as Frank Ocean the man.
Okay I’m done.
